Those times in the shower when I just stop washing my hair and sit down because I just had the most profound revelation.

For example, this one time I was in the shower on a Sunday after going to the mall or something and I was doing like an everything shower so it was a pretty long one and so I was thinking for a while and then I'm just jump scared by my own brain with this thought and I'm like, "bro can you wait to do this when I'm not in the shower keeping my hygiene up?? no? The other day I was at school and had brought my ESSA (emotional support stuffed animal) like I always do and one of our two vice principals walks up to me and says, "Please put the toy up in your bag." And I know you'll be like, "well why can't you just put it up?" Well I would have except for the fact she told me to do this when I was obviously having a severe panic attack. I was breathing heavy, crying, holding my ESSA tightly and I was very uncomfortable in the setting I was in. My throat was tightening and all she was worried about was my stuffed dog being out.
