Here are some of the interesting quotes, with timestamps, from the magnificent Bering and Wells panel at DragonCon. Thought it might be helpful to some. To be honest, the whole panel is a much-watch, and everything Jaime and Joanne discuss is fascinating and really insightful, so, it was almost arbitrary what quotes were chosen, since everything was so damn good. If you think any are missing or I have mis-transcribed (I could not always discern what was said in the audio), please let me know.
