One of the most important survival skills as an adult is internalising the idea that other people being rude or dismissive towards you for no apparent reason, is most often a reflection of their problems (shitty attitude, bad day, work stress, family stress) and usually has nothing to do with you.

Don’t let the fact that you don’t know what you’re doing stop you from doing anything. We start everything from a place of not knowing- walking, reading, dating, working. And through the doing, we learn. We may not get it right the 1st time, but eventually we know what we’re doing.

You cannot be your biggest hater and expect a happy life. You have to believe you’re a wonderful person that deserves the best out of this world.

That moment where you can literally feel yourself entering a new phase of your life and you’re excited cause you know you’re gonna experience major growth.
