Crazy how I can still function while my heart is ripped out

Depression is a serious illness. It’s not the same as sadness, nor is it weakness or a choice. It can affect anyone, even those who seem to ‘have it all’.

i believe anxiety is the worse of it all. having to feel in constant fear. living like there’s always danger. shaky hands, cold and sweats. heart palpitations. fighting for life every single day. hoping to make it through and keep it together.
