           “you must have a lousy memory then.” she retorted sharply, further infuriating her that he was nonchalant through all of this. it reminded her briefly of her brother, who she was currently avoiding. “john?” internal panic rushed through her. “i don’t know anyone named john. even though that name is hilariously overused.”

a smile toyed on his lips at her panic, even if she tried to hide it. “you just confirmed that i hope you realize.”  judah caught his foot in his hand, pulling it back in a stretch, “i’m not stupid, far from it, just so you know.”

        “it’s not a pretty picture, i assure you.” she commented, folding her arms on top of each other. “you don’t seem the type to go out partying, so i’m crossing that off the list of places you might’ve seen me. so that leaves you with: you met me through bridget, which seems the most plausible.”

he shook his head, “no i remember all of bridget’s friends, it’s almost like it’s my job.” he jokes slightly. “and while you’re one, that’s not where i know you.” he took in her stance and the annoyance in her voice. and then it clicked. “john. i know you from john.”

“jesus fucking christ. i can’t even have a peaceful run.” sabrina mutteres, thinking she was about to come in contact with the hard and cold surface of concrete. “you’re lucky you have quick reflexes and you’re bridge’s boy toy or i would’ve sued the fuck out of you.” she rolled her eyes, pushing him away.

he recognized the girl right off the bat, not quite placing where he knew her from yet. “sue me? for running into you? can’t imagine i’d want to be someone who does any worse.” he let go of her and removed his headphones, “where do i know you from?”

everyday elijah enjoyed his morning run; never really hitting the gym until later in the evening for something more hardcore.  plus the morning runs were a good way to build up energy before he woke up grace in an annoying fashion but he stops momentarily to check his phone as it beeped with a message.  he looks up once again to check where his running partner was only to watch in slow motion as the guy mindlessly bumps into someone.  quickly jogging to him, “ god damn judah. ”

he shook his head, “shut up man.” sending the other person on their way he inspected the other guy. “how much longer do you have? care to join me?” he bounced on the balls of his toes to keep his body moving, already feeling the stiffness starting to set in from his pause. 

mishka: ...are you sure thats a good idea?

judah: we can't be friendly?

jax: fuck yes!

jax: but take my phone and make sure i don't drunk dial my ex

judah: sounds fair

griff: normally i'd say yes

griff: but that would require leaving this event and i assure you i would be missed

griff: rain check?

judah: 100 bucks says i can sneak you out
