“Just wanna say. I can see around of me lots of girls who are overweight. They are talking about themselfs like about beautiful girls which is probably excuse for them being overweight. Let’s make sure about one thing. Maybe, that you are beautiful, yes, everyone of us is beautiful, but you are still overweight and that’s fu*king unhealthy. I’m not talking about overweight people being ugly. I am talking about overweight people like about people, who are really gambling with their health. I was overweight. I know how I used to feel, tired all the time, stairs was sometimes big deal for me, just run to take a subway was terrible. But now, when I loosed 68 pounds and I am not overweight anymore, everything is much better and I don’t have to be scared about diabetes, heart attack, swollen legs, hypertension. So. Don’t loose weight only for being “beautiful”, that’s just one side. The other side is your health, and the health is the most important thing that we have.”

You’ll feel hungry. You’ll feel the hunger and you’ll think, fleetingly, I should eat. And by eat you mean anything, everything. You’ll eat those individually wrapped death traps, or the plastic-contained evil, or even more of the protein/fat/calciums because it doesn’t feel like enough. Your stomach is churning and it just doesn’t feel adequate enough.

They’re all laughing at something. I laugh too but didn’t hear the joke. Too busy trying to think of what to say. I don’t have anything to say. Conversation moving too fast no time to follow. It’s like I’m one step removed from them watching from behind glass. I want to break through but I’m just so tired.

You can become something overnight, my love. You can become more kind. You can become more respectful. You can become more compassionate. You can become more honest. You can become more emotionally open. You can become more loving to others and yourself. Your becoming doesn’t rely on the superficial things.

You were born with potential. You were born with goodness and trust. You were born with ideals and dreams. You were born with greatness. You were born with wings. You are not meant for crawling, so don’t. You have wings. Learn to use them and fly.
