As someone who is high risk during this time it’s disappointing to see people close to me decide that quarantine is somehow over just because they are bored/miss their friends. I miss my friends too but I don’t have the luxury to go see them. People continuing to choose to meet with their loved ones (excluding those who have a necessity to do so of course i.e. being a caretaker for a loved one) are part of the reason quarantine is being prolonged. And even after the official quarantine ends many people like myself will still be afraid to join social settings because our health needs to come first. Please do it for others if not yourself. I know staying home is difficult, as someone who is extroverted I really do understand but please just wait. Let’s all make sure we remain healthy now and long after all of this is over. 💕

As we observe the month of Ramadan I’ve always noticed there’s a lot of pressure to be a perfect Muslim. Of course we all strive to be better in this time but I’ve also noticed that for some it’s difficult. Some of us can’t fast, some struggle to observe this month as they do it alone. I want those of you who are having a difficult time to know you are enough. Trying your best is enough. Those of us who are observing for the first time or the 50th, it’s okay to struggle, and you’re no worse of a Muslim because of it. Within this community, even if we are physically distant you are not alone. Seek help from others when you need it, and if you cannot, remember that you’re doing great and that you are so strong. These are difficult times, so forgive yourself because you are enough. Always.

Ahh it’s been so long but this was fun :)

I’ve been kind of nonexistent on here for a while so here’s a little shadow study I did !!!

My sister is a really big Taylor Swift fan (as u can see I also drew Taylor on this blog) and I really wanted to get her tix for her birthday but guess what ladies🤪🤪🤪ya girl is both broke and doesn’t have the one typa card to get nice seats. Anywhomst I hope I can still get her some, cuz I really owe my life to her cuz she basically my third parent. I think if she met/saw Taylor in person she’d pass out and honestly, if I can get that on camera I think my life would be complete @taylorswift @taylornation
