         she  followed  closely  behind   ,   large  eyes  taking  in  each  detail  of  a  foreign  landscape .    throughout  her  explanation  she  only  nodded  along    ,   conveniently  disregarding  the  mention  of  a  memory  wipe .    logic  directed  her  towards  it  being  part  of  the  girl’s  own  quirk   /   though  ,   it  was  certainly  strange  that  she’d  be  so  open  about  one  such  as  that .   it  came  off  a  bit   …   villain - y .    not  that  she  was  one  to  judge  ;   most   (   if  not  all  )   abilities  were  respectable  to  some  degree  in  tsuyu’s  eyes .

         her  attention  was  fully  grabbed  by  further  questioning  that  weakened  previous  reasoning .    to  call  her  appearance  strange  was  normal  but  to  say  that  she  hadn’t  seen  anybody  with  an  appearance  like  hers  ?    that  was  downright  laughable .   in  a  world  of  quirky  powers   ,   mutant  -  types  came  in  bulk   &   there  were  plenty  with  much  stranger  features  than  she .    with  obvious  uncertainty   ,   sayaka’s  question  was  answered .

         ’      i  was  born  with  it .    the  rest  of  my  family’s  like  that  too   …   where  are  you  from  ?   there’s  plenty  of  others  around  who  look  weirder  than  i  do  where  i  live.      `

Behind  WISH  GRANTING  aliens  and  powers  that  allowed  her  to  fight  against  EVIL  -- maybe  questioning  the  stranger’s  appearance  had  been  dull  of  her.  Textbooks  passed out  in  class  failed  to  mention  strange  looking  humans  --  unless  it  were  in  a  story  of fiction.  Tsuyu  questioning  Sayaka’s  origins  struck  as  even  odder  --  the  beginning  of  doubt  that  this  was  just  another  regular  interaction  faded.  If  they  stood  within  the  same labyrinth,  they  should  be  within  the  same  TOWN  --  the  same  place  as  the  labyrinth opened.

Boots  STOPPED,  an  echo  sound  ringing  from  the  halt.  Defeating  the  witch  ALWAYS reigned  TOP  PRIORITY,  but  no  information  provided  on  the  identity  of  the  other  made sense.  She  very  much  could  be  a  PAWN  sent  by  the  witch  to  harm  Sayaka  --  a obstacle  that  must  be  solved  immediately.

Touya’s eyes slide away from the girl and focused on ahead, deciding to take a visit to her hometown once getting the chance. He’d have to avoid bringing his sister there with him to keep her out of danger, the way his companion bounced back from the question raised concern.

“There’s plenty of things to do here in Tomoeda as well. If you ever get the chance to comeback and explore.”

The  idea  of  taking  a  LEISURE  tour  around  an  unexplored  town  seemed  of  a  pleasant break.  Between  school,  witch  hunting,  and  giving  enough  attention  to  family  without raising  concern,  that  tour  may  NEVER  come.  The  conversation  just  seemed  to  dim Sayaka’s  overall  mood. 

           ❛   oh, sor —  … g - got it…   ❜     luckily, she was able to cut herself off before apologizing again, right after being told not to. to think that this sayaka was not disappointed, and on the contrary was even pleased to see her… there’s a cheerful flutter in her chest at the thought.     ❛   eh?! th - the biggest burger? n - no way, i would hardly be able to finish that at all, let alone eat it quickly !!   ❜

The  beginnings  of  an  apology  received  a  look  of  disappointment  from  Sayaka  --  although getting  BETTER  at  correcting  herself,  the  habit  showed  unnecessary  WEAKNESS.  Sat back  relaxed  --  she  wondered  if  ringing  MADOKA  would  release  tension,  the  blue  girl’s previous  approach  fading  when  the  other  rejected  her  idea. 

    yes, family. cousins was the relationship the two incubators decided on, after all, they weren’t siblings ( with juubey being man-made ) but they were still similar. so, cousins. when picked up, the dependent incubator would wrap their tail around sayaka’s shoulder, more of a loose hug really.

The  faintest  hint  of  a  smile  started  at  the  gesture.  It  compared  to  the  calmest  CAT  that enjoyed  to  be  perched  upon  a  shoulder  as  if  it  were  a  parrot  --  perhaps  a  TRICK  in attempt  to  gain  her  trust,  but  an  efficient  trick  if  that  were  the  case.  

                                           she was not  WRONG  , they were called   a devil   before.   (     what an insult to compare them to the lukewarm hell beneath      )   what  ADORABLE  notion to think of them as satan.  SMILE  touched ivory features, not unlike a   venomous snake   . distant GHOST  of amusement lay in ivory voice;  SILK  dripping with  POISON  /  ACID  tainting all it touched. it did not matter  WHAT  they were, if they were at all. as long as  BOREDOM  was killed.

NEVERMORE  --  an  odd  name,  or  alias.  Several  steps  taken  aback,  questioning  the other's  existence,  AND  her  own.  Everything  done,  never  was  she  ALONE,  every  moment documented  in  the  other’s  mind  --  all  secrets  shared  with  ONE  more,  someone  that  no one  even  knew  was  there.  A  heart  beats  too  fast,  shaken  by  unwanted  thoughts. 

A powerful aura could be perceive by the vampire queen as she mingled among humanity in a quest to look for her long lost friend. A foolish attempt that could only result in failure. Many of the citizens that filled the streets of Tokyo paid no attention to her. For the most part, she looked like an average child.

Her frail legs came to a halt as she thought she had finally pinpointed who the aura belonged to. It was something unusual, yet not completely frightening. It brought some warmth to someone that cruelly lacked some.

Listening  ineptly  to  a  GEM  --  it  would  eventually  lead  her  to  a  monster  of  all  despair.  A WITCH  that  would  be  dead  by  the  sight  of  sun.  A  new  territory  frightened  Sayaka  -- running  into  people  of  HER  kind  may  lead  to  unwanted  FIGHTS.  To  catch  attention  of what  appeared  to  be  a  young  girl  left  left  her  stopped  within  the  midst  of  a  busy  street. It  may  have  been  another  magical  girl  --  maybe  even  one  who  hunted  the  same creature,  but  instinct  told  her  OTHERWISE.

“ … “  prolonged silence because he saw that  c  u  t  l  a  s  s   , in fact it vanished into nothingness much akin to his armor or shield that he can summon at his will - is this girl a heroic spirit ? thinned brows furrow and the way she played C O Y  is slightly entertaining galahad must admit .  “ not anymore but you w e r e . “  though . . perhaps she wanted him to play along completely or think his eyes were simply seeing something ( ? ) . “ i wont tell anyone . “

As  if  a  WEIGHT  were  lifted  from  the  shoulders  of  the  young  teen,  she  let  out  a  hardly audible  sigh.  Glorious  aqua  fabric,  sparkling  like  the  BRIGHTEST  light  hitting  an empty  ocean  began  to  fade.  LIGHTING  up  with  blue,  a  once  impressive  girl  now  looked  DULL --  now  only  wearing  a  typical  school  uniform. 

“Hate to break it to you, but any place around here is crawling with Titans. It’s more peaceful inside the walls. Well, the more you go into the inner one. The others are not as good”. A good question to ask here would be ‘who are you?’, not what Eren has actually said.

amazed  expression  trained  on  the  younger girl  ,  fingers  seem  FRIGID  due  to  shock  , unable  to  comprehend  the  stunning  display of  light  that  had  engulfed  the  other  for  a brief  few  moments  .   it  wasn’t  everyday monika  got  to  WITNESS  such  an  incredible thing  . even  so  ,  her  lips  curve  into  a  smile  , intrigue  forming  on  her  porcelain  features  . it’s  like  she’s  unfased  .

What  RULES  were  there  to  this  situation  --  to  OWN  UP  to  her  secret ?  That  struck Sayaka  as  a  TERRIBLE  idea,  what  good  is  MAGIC  if  everyone  knew.  Plus  getting anyone  involved  with  her   (  especially after witnessing her powers  )   just  left  them  in danger  --  something  she  would  never  wish  upon  ANYONE.

“That’s stupid,” she chimed rather bluntly. “If any of that is true then you should absolutely ask!” As revering as self-sacrifice is, Hanon couldn’t stand aside and let the girl believe such thoughts. Her fingers grasped tight around the other’s as she pulled them up between the two girls.

“I know it’s scary. And it might hurt in the end. But can you really be happy just watching? It’s obvious you care about him, I think he has the right to know how you feel about him. And you have the right to know how he feels about you.”

Eyes  wandered  to  feet  --  tears  becoming  GLASSY,  afraid  of  the  fate  that  laid  behind addressing  unrequited  feelings.  The  lifestyle  she  chose  to  live  all  for  ONE  boy  --  who may  not  even  love  her.  Hand  loosened,  arm  falling  limp.  The  ocean  seemed  SERENE next  to  a  girl  nearing  grief.

“I wish I could say I was lying to you about being a witch…  But that does bring me to your previous question.  ‘How?’  ‘How am I a witch?’  it’s…  A bit of a long story, so strap yourself in…” Mariko began to explain, stepping to the side as she slowly began pacing back and forth as she spoke.

“I didn’t always live in Mitakihara…  I was born and raised in Kawasaki…  I was just a normal girl, growing up with my parents and my little sister…  One day, Kyubey showed up and offered me a contract…  To become a Magical Girl in exchange for fighting witches…  I…  I wasn’t much of a fighter, so I was a bit hesitant, but when my sister heard about this offer, she jumped on board…  Excitedly, I might add…”  This was only the beginning of the witch’s tale.

       AS HE THOUGHT — Sayaka’s commitment to their little game was stronger than any desire for fast food. Shinji was teased into submission, a little embarrassed at having come off aschicken, but part of him was also relieved that she didn’t mind all that much. He managed a wry, defeated smile.

         ❝ No, I’m not giving up, I just — I was…y’know…making sure. ❞ Yeah, that’s it. As if he had to further justify himself, he reached for the door handle for the two of them to enter.

Waiting  side  by  him,  she  gave  the  faintest  giggle.  In  contrast  to  his  somewhat  sheepish nature,  surly  her  energy  seemed  OBNOXIOUS.  A  consistent  upbeat  attitude  helped  with uplifting  a  consistent  downcast  mind.  Perhaps  she  could  shred  a  decent  amount  of  light in  help  to  CHEER  the  boy  up.  Entering,  they  were  almost  IMMEDIATELY  seated  --  as expected.  Why  go  HERE  whenever  there’s  plenty  of  cheaper  alternatives.
