Headcanon that canonverse awakened Ackermans know how to dance. Waltz. Line dances. The works. They get memories of fighting and all that stuff from ancestors, and Ackermans used to serve as personal guards to the royal family, meaning they witnessed a lot of dances and quite possibly danced themselves.
Moral of the story: Levi knows how to dance, he just refuses to admit it.

I am very behind on reading levi fics myself, but I can't recommend this list by @littlerequiem enough. It's very thorough and has just about everyone I'd already recommend.
