{Yup.

I’m putting all of my muses/blogs into a floating phase. E.g. @enigmaticerror has full permission to talk about Zorc and thing’s he’s doing without double checking with me.

People can feel free to talk about the DPD and use them in their plot.

Officer is the only one getting a definitive end and that’s because I would rather end this awesomely than have him fade into obscurity. 

I can proudly say on this blog I have done a lot of things differently and creatively.

The end will be no different

Does that mean I’m declared the official winner? Sounds like I won.

{After talking to people: we’re going to consider this an indefinite hiatus with a plot end for now. Keeping it open ended so that if I want to come back I can.

Again if any of my friends need me or want me for a specific plot I’ll be coming back.

Last night I got to sit down with my friends and watch this movie, and I enjoyed every single second.

It was literally everything I could have wanted, right down to the trope of over explaining the villain’s intentions every 10 minuets. 

But it got me thinking, and made me realise something that won’t be particularly popular but then again I realise that my frequent followers have probably all moved on and forgotten about this blog by now...

But I feel like I’ve been Kaiba - desperately holding onto something because of some unfinished goal. This blog, this fandom, this experience has given me some of the best memories I could ever have.

I keep promising I’m going to come back, that this isn’t over... but I can’t stick with it.

I think I need to let it go and realise that this blog didn’t define my friendships.

I still have those close to me that I adore - I’ve watched them grow and change and turn into brilliant people.

I want to do something properly for this - I want to give it a proper send off but this is your warning...

This blog is ending.

And that’s not a bad thing.

Sometime’s things come to an end, and its okay to let them end gracefully. 

I’ll be back to finish this - I won’t say when because I honestly can’t be sure.

{ooc; Once upon a time I gave a shit.

No for real, I had just finished reading the Silence of the Lambs and had a huge hard on for Clarice Starling and her relationship with Hannibal. I pitched the idea to two of my friends at the time about doing a throw away Hannibal AU - it was never supposed to last long or amount to much but the idea was to have Hannibal!Bakura, Buffalo!Mariku and last but not least Starling!Ryou…

The idea never happened. 

My two friends decided to start dating and soon after that it dissolved into madness - break up, lies exposed, cheating and all the rest. Our little friendship group disbanded and I never saw or heard from our Bakura again…

My other friend was in a bad place, and not really wanting to touch any of her RP accounts, and guilted me every time I even touched my existing Ryou account, or dared RP with other Bakura’s or Malik’s

So I rehashed my idea of Starling!Ryou, into this!

I hit up new people, people who are now still my best friends, five and a half years later…

It morphed and changed a lot as we went, for a while my other friend was even part of this verse with a Malik character and a Mahaad. But really it was Bandit, Harley, Doctor, Mel, Panda, C!Mariku, Demon, Canni, S!Mariku, Mokuba, Jekyll, Hyde, Carrie, Yami, Zombie, Soul, Godling, Yuugi, Anderson, Emerald, Tine and fucking so many muses that were bought to the table that changed and challenged the original concept into a, well… original concept.

The DPD hit off, I had people asking to join and be a part of it as if it was some exclusive group…

It really wasn’t.

It was supposed to be a throw away stupid account, to RP while my friend got over a bad break up.

Now it’s the best roleplaying experience I’ve ever had, and the place where I met three of the greatest people in my life.

I went through a phase where I was ashamed to talk about my friendship, people getting jealous and fuck-off-pissy…

But honestly, this blog would not be where it is, or ever have been as awesome as it was at its peak, without @banditborn, @harleendelka and @bunnyboilxr
