Just Chaotic Thoughts Of Mine

I feel comfort when you allow me to touch you, to feel your body. 

To touch your lower back, to rub your thigh through your pants, to hug you... to hold your hand, interlacing our fingers and feel your comforting squeeze, letting me know that I have your support.

I’ve felt this before... I’m not sure what it means, or why it feels so right but it does.  

Everything was about you. Your smile, your laugh, the way you made me feel. Discreet touches, the sharing of our desires to each other, the drunken kisses.

Every single thing about you made me feel alive. 

Then... everything changed.

It wasn’t about you as much.

It changed with her.

She isn’t showing me any sexual interest, but I don’t need her to. 

Where it was your touch that provided me comfort, I now gain comfort in the coolness of her hands as she encourages me.

Where it was your smile that would light up my entire world, it’s now hers doing that makes my day when I get the chance to see it.

Her encouragement fuels my fire.

She inspires me to do better.

Her hugs make me feel like I matter. 

It used to be like that with you.
