The infamous angry Phở gà uncle makes hands down the single most delicious bowl of chicken noodle soup I've ever tasted!!! From the smoothness of the noodles to the incredible infusion of garlic nước mắm and tenderness of the spring onion infused chicken 🐔, everything just clicks together harmoniously like a beautiful orchestra, not to mention the straight up addicting soup base... 10 out of 10 would eat again, doesn't matter if I get screamed at by the angry owner for no reason 😂😂🤣🤣.
