Finding the joy in little things

I'm a huge fan of Paramore. I've been listening to their music since I was teen years old. I used to look up to Hayley Williams when I was a teenager. However, over the last month I've noticed that Hayley's behavior can be immature. Especially on social media. I understand that she's experienced a lot of trauma and struggles with depression. I do too. That still doesn't excuse her behavior. For example, in July a fan left a comment on an Instagram post stating that the first three Paramore albums were the best and that Brand New Eyed was the last good Paramore album. Hayley replied to the comment saying, "All of those songs were written by a homophobe." Completely unnecessary!!

Yes, Josh Farro has a history of being homophobic. Yes, he is not well liked in the Paramore community. Brand New Eyed is STILL a great album!! You can SEPARATE the art from the artist. Everytime Hayley mentions Brand New Eyes she always says, "We all hated each other." We get it Hayley!!!!! She literally spends 24/7 talking about how After Laughter is her favorite Paramore album. Guess what!? It's not the only good Paramore album!!!

Fans can enjoy whatever Paramore album they want. Real fans can care less if their was drama or if everyone hated each other while an album was being written. Do you know why? They care about the MUSIC.
