Just a NOBODY

We are killing ourselves to feel alive.

I wonder how I would’ve ended up if you hadn’t walked into my life.

‘Do you hate him?’ I wrap my hands around the cup. It’s warm, like his hands. ‘No,’ I say, staring at the coffee. I can see my reflection. Just like how I saw myself in his eyes. ‘I don’t know. I miss him, but he doesn’t feel the same. He did, but not enough. Because he played with my feelings, because of a reason I do not know. He wasn’t afraid to hurt me.’

I know. I’m very hard to talk to. I realize that.

The worst part about being lied to is knowing you weren’t worth the truth.

Those nights when you just don’t want to be alone, but you have no one to talk to so you sit alone and cry.
