When District Two was named victor of the 74th Annual Hunger Games all was supposed to continue normally. And it seemed to. And the Capitol was placated. However, unbeknownst to the Capitol and the President, the spark had ignited embers and those embers were spreading quickly in the shadows of the Districts. As the 75th Annual Hunger Games approach, will the Capitol continue to be oblivious to the rebellion that is laying low, or will the rebellion make themselves known? Only time will tell.
