I am Zib, the president of my hi skool's Literature Club.

My vice president, Keef, had originally suggested I make this blog as a way to garner more members, but I've since learned that a tumblr blog wouldn't quite...garner the attention of my peers. So instead I've taken this as a personal blog, created with the hope of inspiring even others outside of my hi skool to take an interest in literature.

My inbox is currently open should anyone want my views on specific pieces of literature or find themselves curious.

Ah, could you perhaps be more specific? I don't know if you're asking about someone from the skool I attend or just...in general.

I can't say that I know anyone personally with that name, although I wouldn't be surprised if one of my peers had that as a name. Contrary to my best efforts, we are not yet perfect, so I don't know the names of every student that attends this skool.

I can't say I quite understand what you mean by that. Since I came into this world, we've been nothing but Zib. It's not a special name, and it's one other versions of us have rejected, but it’s ours.

If you don't mind, I was just wondering...what made you get into literature?

Hmm...

I'd say it began with my (once much stronger) fascination for the unknown and alien. One day, I picked up a couple pieces of classic literature due to their connection to the supernatural.

That being said, I think I really got into it around middle school. Literature...helped me through some of the tougher parts of my life in some ways.
