I'm okay, thanks;) Sorry for taking so long to answer your question. The answer has been ready for quite some time, but I couldn't edit it properly. 

For the most part, these head canons belong to the humanized version, although some can be attributed to the original.

1. Kowalski wears glasses just to "look smarter." In fact, his eyesight is good, the only one of the four who needs glasses is the Skipper (And he's never going to get over it)

2. Doris wears lenses

3. Dr. Blowhole has a whole stage persona for villainy, which includes the costume itself, straightening his hair, and applying makeup (which is mostly focused on the eyes)

4. Marlene is from a large family, she is the second of 5 children

5. Hans is actually older than the Skipper, but he carefully hid it for the sake of an opportunity to joke about the "old age"

6. I am considering the idea that Dr. Blowhole could have received the redemption arch

7. Hans likes the option of friendship with the Skipper if he was a criminal.

8. Skipper met Rico during his 8-year stay in the jungles of Mexico

9. During the operation in Denmark,  Skipper, after Hans's betraying, was initially captured, but was able to escape while completing the mission.

10. Kowalski knew Skipper before the mission in Denmark

11. Skipper met Hans in an orphanage

12. Due to the very busy work of diplomats, Private parents gave him into the care of Uncle Nigel

13. Marlene works part-time in the library and part-time as a swimming coach for children

14. Each member of the penguin squad has his own fixed fake identity for the authorities, briefly on these personalities:

Kowalski- Sebastian Kirl: Biotechnologist at fertilizer plant

Rico- Chuck Jones: a designer in a printing house

Private- Bob Brown: a waiter in a restaurant

Skipper- Jim Smith: School swimming coach

These identities are needed purely to fool the cops.

16. According to all the documents, Dr. Blowhole does not exist, he makes all purchases on behalf of his minions

17. The Doris/Kowalski couple would last a maximum of a year, after which they would break up completely. (Dr. Blowhole made the day of their break up his holiday, which he celebrated for like 2 years, until he gave up on it)

18. Dr. Blowhole needs a wheelchair because of the psychosomatic pain associated with injuries after the "Ring of Fire". With the proper mental state, Dr. Blowhole can walk, leaning on a cane.

19. The name "Skipper" was suggested by Hans during their acquaintance at the orphanage.

20. Most of the Skipper's scars appeared after the Danish incident
