Tsu’tey x Orginal character na’vi
“Tisi come look, the hunters are back.” Pulling her along to the edge of the Hometree to see the hunters return. The hoard of pa’li thunderous hooves announcing every step they take as they arrive. Tisi was barely the height of even one of their legs, Tsu’tey only being a foot taller was at their hip. It would only be a short amount of time before they soon learn the ways of their tribe and complete their rite of passage to hunt.
“The pa’li are beautiful.” Tisi said. Eyes full of wonder while looking at the creatures.
“And strong, don’t forget what happened to Ralu, he was a fool for thinking he could ride one without training.” Tsu’tey said, shaking his head.
Pulling on his tail she gave it a playful yank which caused him to hiss and swat her hand in return.
“Don't be mean Tsu’tey.”
“It is the truth,” he replied.
“Tsu’tey!” Tisi whines.
“Come the hunters are back which means the afternoon meal time is not far off.” Tsu’tey gets up to go to get with the rest of the tribe but turns to find Tisi hasn’t moved an inch.
“Tisi?” he asked.
“You go, I'm not hungry.”
Tsu’tey gave her a look. Knowing full well she hasn’t eaten since this morning's meal. Tail swishing behind him curling with tension. He knows why, and he hates that she hasn’t told him that it happened again. Only thing now is how many times was it this time? Was it the same ones? Time and time again who tease, and bully Tisi every meal.
“Meyko?”
“What?”
Eyes locked on hers searching for the truth as he thinks of everyone he can name that comes to mind.
“Rokan?”
“Tsu’tey Please–” Tisi pleads, eyes watering.
“Or was it Zar’te?”
She went silent, and he knew he had his answer. And like a coil he sprang into action, ears pinned and tail whipping behind him in fury. There was no stopping Tsu’tey once his mind was made up. Some might say that those are great traits to have in a warrior. In theory they would be correct, but they’ve never had to be on the other side of his decision making. Let alone when he is angry.
