New Year Season is coming and new life to start with. Challenges are coming and yet we are still fighting. Without it, how is “life” gonna work.

Meanwhile in our team, we focused our projects to be more useful instead of seeing the customers struggling doing their freelancing commissions by using many platforms. Why not put it all in one, more efficient, and easy to communicate application to get their favorite vtuber assets.

         This week we made our Minimum Viable Product, Accomplished Bullseye Framework and our landing page in where we checked our traction metrics for the first week. We also made our prototype to see how the app is gonna work  and experience. Yet the platform we used has a trial so we might just make it again when it expires. 

That is why, even if it is still a prototype (a form of MVP), it is essential. The initial impression is very important. We need to show how the app is gonna flow and it hits all the customer’s desire and solutions. It is also good to decide where to do the traction. We must ensure that our primary clients are located in that sort of traction channel. Vtubers are the primary customers for our product, and we should avoid using Offline Ads (a form of traction channel) since Vtubers are more likely engaged on the virtual world. To make this more successful, a strong traction is required.

In a company, Customers are the most precious assets. If there is no customer, there’s no reason for a company to continue their business. That’s why we need to give them satisfaction. We must be able to offer them with what they desire and want. In the future, they might be known more and get a good reputation as a company. Using the Business Model Canvas, we may identify and address areas that can be changed to better fulfill the needs of our customers. BMC is a strategic management tool that allows you to see and evaluate your business concept or idea. It assists us in explaining to clients why they should do business with us and assist us in more effectively communicating our goals and strategies to our staff. It helps to focus on what our company does and how it will continue to do it well in the future.

At first, that determining our market size can be random but it is not. Determining the market size, there could be profit of the problem or maybe not. Also determining it also focuses the demand that may help user’s demand because of the app. How users react if they use this app, is it even better than before using it? The percentage of people using the app. We can see the potential of the app based on the percentage it can give, particularly in the TAM section. We also discovered our rivals with their large number of percentages. It wont be a competition if there are no rivals. 

When attempting to address a problem, creating a value proposition canvas is the way to do it. This allows you to learn what the customer often does, what problems that the client confronts, and what the customer wants/wishes/attempts to achieve. With the use of this canvas, we can now try to access what we can do to satisfy the clients after knowing about their info. What I like about this canvas is that it is simple to use and comprehend, and it helps you learn a lot about your consumer and what you can do to aid them. My teams had little trouble accomplishing this task during the creation of our canvas because we were already familiar with it and had interviewed our target consumers. Also, while creating canvas, I’ve learnt that we should be brief and to the point, especially when it comes to products and services. As a result, everybody can grasp it. I sincerely hope that everything we include in our gain makers and pain relievers would truly assist and gratify our clients.

We as a team especially if we are just starting up, we need to communicate and get feedbacks towards the users. It is very valuable to get some feedbacks so that you’ll know what to do in the application. Getting their opinions through interviewing.  We consider to prioritize the customer’s opinions. Asking them through discord is a good way to do it. Since vtuber communities can be communicated most likely in that platform. We would also let the users to feel that they are welcome to give critics and feedbacks to our design because we are intending to make the app comfortable to them.  Using the How Might We questions, we can use this to ask them in a way to assist them with their opinions and stuff

Personally I would be the Hacker because i know how the prototype work well. I suck at speaking and marketing skill might as well give that role to others 

Me and my groupmates did a google meet together and share ideas that it needs to be wacky. I got the idea on making the artist’s and editor’s commission which is the Queue-Mission. The others thought of Retailer, SOS System. We agreed on the SOS System because it think it is needed for emergencies. The PWD Games to make disable people have fun in an easy way like voice recognition 

my results may reflect about me. I only trust people if i am comfortable to them, i get the feeling of it that i can trust this person. I seek failure as an improvements of myself. I can influence others by saying things like a positive of that activity. I know how to exchange information with other people with different backgrounds. You share, i share too. Yes, a fair trade. I love collaborating from other people, especially if they are interested in my ideas. Yes, i have troubles in adapting a new environment like what i did on my first immersion, i am not comfortable alone but if my friend is with me im okay with that. And i have low innovation zone for now because i am not good at them for now.  

i think i agree some of the results because 59% most of the time i am extraverted because i  need to know person i need to work with or have fun with. I am observant when it comes to the fields i am good with when i see other people doing it and tell them if they ask me if there’s something wrong. Yes, my feelings sometimes overwhelms me and have the change of mind sometimes. I am good at choosing people to vibe with and i am confident or easy to recover if im down. 

Good day! my name is Junnel M. Cabana, 21 years of age and im gonna share my own self assessment. As of today i am trying my best to focus my goals in life and getting experiences and instruments as much as i get. Im the type of person who receives criticism instead of arguing something small. I don’t even care of getting bullied because i know what am i than anyone else. I seek satisfaction of seeing other people especially my friends happy because i did something to them. Back then i was the type of people who is overloaded of emotions which randomly do cringe stuff all the time and because of that i learned my past mistakes and never do it again which made me to think first before you act it but there are times that i went to the flow and even say anything cringe accidentally, i need to figure that one first. Also back then my friends first impression of me is i look like a bad guy but when they knew about me, I am just a annoying guy wants to have fun with my friends. I also have the ability to influence my friends on something like playing an specific game or doing productive in life. I am not confident always especially on big crowds, like doing a presentation in front of them, i need to go my adrenaline and think of myself “who cares anyways” which removed all the negativity and do “YOLO” ones and regret it after the presentation. I’m also the type when there are negativities around me while im using a gadget, i watch anime or listen to city pop to remove them. Yes, i am sometimes escaping reality but i am aware of my problems, i just need a motivation to face them because i know that when i confront them, i will become a better person than i was before
