A Piece of Home (Um pedaço de casa)

Here are some framed art pieces for your Sims 4 game inspired by the beautiful country of Brazil. One of my favorite things in this game is seeing different cultures represented to give players a chance to see themselves in their Sims. I noticed a lack of South American decor and thought this would be a perfect addition to the game.

I am just starting to make custom content, and I look forward to bringing more realism and identity to the Sims 4.

There are 5 swatches for this painting! One shows a man of the indigenous Tupi tribes of Brazil, one shows the Spinx macaw, and one is a vintage Soccer ad. There is a painting of the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio, and the last swatch is a photo of the Amazon jungle featuring some of its native fauna.

Storia Della Sicilia

As a Sicilian American, I couldn't help but crave some sort of Sicily's beautiful art in the Sims 4 game. Sicily has some insanely interesting history, and a lot of that is evident in their art. This painting has 6 swatches.

One displays a map of the island, another shows a collection of Moor heads, while another shows one staring at a prickly pear cactus which is very common in Sicily. I made sure to include the famous Sicilian tiles that everybody has seen before, as well as an old label for Sicilian olives. There is also a photo of the strait of Messina, which is where my family was from.

The Art of Palestine

There isn't much to say about this one, as I think everybody can agree it's time for the Sims to step up their Arab representation. This painting has four swatches to show the beauty and resilience of the Palestinian people. There is a Keffiyeh, a woman painted wearing traditional dress, a depiction of the Palestinian flag, and a woman holding an outline of their homeland.
