I value my physical health a lot so I try not to go overboard with restriction. If I do eat like 300 cals one day, it’s probably because I ate my TDEE or surplus the day before.
I try to lose weight slowly in a healthy manner by doing 5:2 IF, this is just a personal blog.
Edit: I abandoned IF (7 sept) now its just CICO
Edit: I started exercising 16 sept 2021
I will only weigh once a week on thursdays, and decimals are rounded to the higher number to motivate me to try a little bit more
