Two things that really make an impact on me getting a good nights sleep are strenuous exercise, and edibles. The problem though is hard workout + edibles make me absolutely ravenous before bed. And I usually am not a typically late night eater, so it really disrupts my digestion situation and leads to less mindful choices, and then I can't really sleep well anyways despite the drowsy relaxed feeling.

So I tried taking them right as I'm going to bed instead, with a melatonin too to help with more immediate effect, and bam, it's incredible. Hardly any tossing and turning, or waking up to pee a bunch of times, or stirring at the slightest sounds...

Last four sleep scores show a good trend.

(I'm such a lightweight with edibles so this is just 5mg)

i actually had a shudder at how many beloved mutuals are going to be battening down the hatches for it at once; just, massive.
