Have you ever thought what your life would be in 3 years? I know people have a 5-year-plan, but we are not going that far. We are going to start with something simple... 

Look i the mirror: who do you see? Who do feel you are? Are you a single mom who has to work two jobs? May be you are a student who is following his parents dreams but wants to follow his own? May be you are a young woman who lives in a small apartment and works on a low-level job. Young woman who dreams about a love-life and a well deserved promotion at work. 

Whoever you see in this mirror, this person is going to be different from everybody else. Although there is always one thing. One thing that keeps us going. We call it a dream! You dreaming that you doing what you like, you get what you deserve and that you are not alone. 

Having a dream is the first step getting what you want. 

Now lets go back to our 3-year plan. Do you think it's achievable? Yes, it is! Now, look in the mirror again and imagine yourself in 3 years. Who is that person you see? An independent business woman who can give her kids all they need and not forgetting about herself? A senior year student who changed his major and now successfully running few school organizations? A head manager in a big company, who is about to buy her first house?
