Jujutsu society is being reconstructed and restructured, with certain delays due to the pandemic and also governmental situation.

Even with more people being able to see things with and use Cursed Energy, there's still a small number of sorcerers. * more of a personal note to myself, who struggles daily with 'accuracy to source when writing or drawing'; still working on undoing this decision and feel okay with what I create as before

Tengen's remains, alongside Sukuna's, are sealed, and the barriers remain stable for now, though it is unknown for how long; best guess is around 100 years.

The pandemic years were stressful, and yet sabbatical for the surviving sorcerers; they finally had the time to grieve their fallen comrades and start reestablishing Jujutsu HQ and society. Also, despite clans not being outright extinct, there'll be democratic elections for new higher-up positions; Gakuganji is still alive, but needs a ‘heir’ of sorts to not just take his position when he dies but also keep Yaga’s secret safe.

Satoru Gojo is fondly remembered, not much more as 'the strongest', but instead almost at a 'deity' position, to everyone's chagrin, especially Yuta.

Yuuta-sensei said he intended to 'put out a Kenjaku' and tinker/bluff against the Kogane system. He did not felt proud about such a stance, but was quite stunned to see that ongoing, so-rigid system just 'giving up' and handling him the rule system. 𝕎𝕖𝕝𝕝, 𝕚𝕥 𝕨𝕒𝕤 𝕒 '𝕔𝕦𝕣𝕤𝕖 𝕤𝕪𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕞'. Yuuta-sensei was relieved that it wouldn't have to fight or force anything; however, he acknowledged the system's awareness as well as the Kogane's usefulness. I don't know how their chat went, but it's thanks to their 'final agreement' that we can use the Kogane system and that the 'cleared colonies' became safe for non-sorcerers. Meanwhile, Yuuji-sensei and Hana-san were teamed up to split and if possible rescue the 'incarnated' sorcerers; also, any non-violent sorcerers were recruited to a planned new Jujutsu society. The most optimistic belief was to solve all these problems in a year.

Or so it seemed... one year in, before the pandemic started, this perfect plan began to shows its first cracks. The anxiety revolving Tengen and Sukuna's remains prompted both Tokyo and Kyoto to send monthly reinforcements to the Holy Mountain of Hida. And during one of these, a series of disappearances started.

Alongside this situation, both Yuuji-sensei and Kugisaki-san were 'watching over' Meguru-san, to as they put it, 'be sure everything's okay'; after all, both Yuuji-sensei and Meguru-san were used as Sukuna's vessels, and he was particularly worried that Meguru-san could 'fall back into that 'pit'.

While Kugisaki-san eventually left him be, Yuuji-sensei didn't. Even though he did accept that whole role in life thing was nonsense, he still felt very worried about his friend's wellbeing; Meguru-san, however, said this felt more like an excuse to keep him close, or at least that's how he felt back then. As he was recovering both inside and outside, that usual shtick the three of them had began feeling like regression.

And surprise, surprise, the very guy he convinced was one of the quartet members; he didn't outright agree with the curse user's rite plan though, so he was more of a triple agent than a traitor. However... Sensei was still furious about the situation; if not for Meguru-san's intervention, he'd throw away all of Gojo's, alongside all of their new plans' hopes off the window. 𝔼𝕧𝕖𝕟 𝕨𝕚𝕥𝕙 𝕒𝕝𝕝 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘𝕤 𝕙𝕖 𝕝𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕟𝕖𝕕, 𝕐𝕦𝕦𝕛𝕚 𝕒𝕝𝕞𝕠𝕤𝕥 𝕘𝕒𝕧𝕖 𝕚𝕟 𝕥𝕠 𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕚𝕞𝕡𝕦𝕝𝕤𝕖. 𝕀 𝕕𝕚𝕕 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕤𝕒𝕞𝕖 𝕓𝕒𝕔𝕜 𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕟, 𝕤𝕠 𝕀 𝕔𝕒𝕟'𝕥 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕀 𝕨𝕠𝕟'𝕥 𝕛𝕦𝕕𝕘𝕖…

With the triple agent not dead but incapacitated, all sorcerers were sent to Hida to arrest that cult formation. What followed could only be summarized as... 'bloody'. All the cult members took their own lives right before their leader and the sorcerers' presence. Yuuji-sensei... lost it, simply demolishing the cult leader to a pulp. He said he didn't remember most of the things he said in his wrath, but once he realized the guy was already a corpse, he simply collapsed in tears.

He was not expelled, but he still demanded to be suspended from missions. The corpses were all taken care of, and all were seemingly affiliated to a woman named Ogami, that died in Shibuya the past year. She was the one who ressurected Meguru-san's father Toji, but seemingly got killed by him that same night after.

The logical conclusion would've been that she returned as a vengeful cursed spirit, because she wasn't killed using jujutsu; in fact, her corpse was never found. Everyone panicked over what such a cursed spirit could bring, considering Ogami had the Séance Technique, and thanks to the cult and the triple agent, inner knowledge on cursed objects. But such a cursed spirit was never identified after that. Sensei, however, did not let the situation go. He kept on high alert even suspended. And then we come to the day they 'broke up'. Yuuji-sensei, not being there to hear the whole story, arrived in time to see Meguru-san carrying the man's dead body, and started making assumptions, until Hana-san showed him the disintegrating remains of the incarnate and the saved children. Meguru-san wasn't mad but disappointed that "he didn't trust him after all", and while Yuuji-sensei tried apologizing, he called him by his first name. That's when Meguru-san said he'd be called that from now on, and revealed his plans to start a new clan and take care of the children, while also explaining he wasn't leaving Jujutsu High forever, but would take a gap year for that. Yuuji-sensei did listen to his choice, but took to heart the gap year thing as him saying 'we're allies, but I don't think we'll be friends as we used to.' During the pandemic years, with all incarnated players dealt with, the Culling Game officially announced as 'over' and recruited sorcerers from all colonies, the main focus now was to determine the conduct in the new Jujutsu society, using both the system created for that plan and the known rules of jujutsu, as well as secure that all our allies and newcomers were reliable. Both Yuuji-sensei and Meguru-san were present in many calls and reunions, and according to them, never showed any antagonizing or dismissive behavior towards each other, so they never really 'stopped being friends'; however, they also didn't talk as they used to.

Phew! That was a doozy to explain. I'm glad they reconciled and that so far this new Jujutsu society is working.
