When you're manifesting, a bunch of negative thoughts and emotions are gonna try to crash the party. So, how do you handle them?

First off, stop stressing, because not every single thought or feeling actually matters. The only things that actually manifest are your dominant, default assumptions—the stuff you consistently believe at your core.

So when the negative vibes creep in, don't panic and don't spiral. Just stay completely calm. Let them pass right through you like background noise, and don't dwell on them. Keep your cool, knowing for a fact that nothing can actually touch your reality unless you give it permission to.

Here is the lowdown on how to use robotic affirmations. If you’re just starting out, sticking to 10-minute sessions is the perfect way to move. Pick whatever affirmations vibe with you—doesn't matter if they're long or short, super detailed or just simple. Just say whatever actually makes you feel good.

For example, if you’re trying to secure clear skin, straight A's, and your SP, you just repeat:

"My skin is completely clear."

"My grades are excellent."

"Me and my SP are officially together."

You can mix these up however you want to fit your own style.

Just repeat them for 5 to 10 minutes right when you wake up in the morning and right before you pass out at night. On top of that, anytime the 3D reality tries to test you or you catch yourself slipping back into the old drama, bust out these affirmations again to lock it down.

If you want the best results, I highly recommend throwing in affirmations about how you're absolute royalty at manifesting and how everything you want shows up incredibly fast.

Your new story is your new identity, period. But look, no matter how locked in you are, you might sometimes "crash out" and temporarily slip back into your old ways. Don’t sweat it that is completely normal. It doesn’t mean you ruined your progress or reset your manifestation back to zero. It’s literally just a quick pause. What’s yours is still right there waiting for you; it didn't go anywhere.

So stop panicking and thinking, "Oh crap, I messed up and went back to the old drama, now my manifestation is gone." Nah, just pull yourself together and get right back to focusing on your vision.

Let’s start by clearing up what LOA is and how to manifest what you want.

Quick reference:

• 4d = the inner world, you as consciousness

• 3d = the physical world and everything around us

LOA, or the Law of Assumption, says: whatever you accept as true will become true. That applies to small stuff and to much bigger things in our lives.

Here’s the point: every day we make assumptions. When we firmly believe an assumption is true, we start to see that same thing appear in the physical world. There are no “coincidences” or “failures” in the sense you think—manifestation is an ongoing process that’s always happening in our lives, nonstop.

And if everything depends on what we accept as truth, then it follows that we can consciously change reality: appearance, money, relationships—anything you want.

Example:

You have acne. You’ve tried everything but nothing works. What do you do?

At that moment you have to decide that your manifestation has already happened — that it’s true now. In practice, focus on the image of your skin being clear, free of breakouts or post‑acne marks.

Decide: “That’s it, I have clear skin; it’s smooth, beautiful, and firm.”

After you decide you already have what you want, you must stop checking the 3d. Don’t keep measuring it against reality, even if the mirror still shows something different from what you want. Focus on the desired picture of reality, and reality will reflect that back. Focus on the end result, not on the process.

Of course you can use tools like affirmations, subliminals, the 369 method — those are just tools. You are the one doing the manifesting. By keeping your attention on the result, you will eventually see that result in the physical world.

One more thing: this is subjective. Everyone’s understanding of manifestation is different. It all depends on you, and only you decide what’s true for you.

some tough love/wake up call for all the shifters/manifestors out there.

there is nothing. no one that can save you. you wake up everyday, scroll through tumblr/tiktok/pinterest/whatever the fuck and then go back to sleep thinking 'oh maybe i'll find a good enough method'. you keep hoping for some random miracle while still thinking of the same old sob story. you keep looking for new bloggers, new information, new method to try. well? you're still here aren't you? i don't see your desires around you.

you treat persistence as if it's a suggestion. then you're in people's askbox sending them messages like "WHY CAN'T I PERSIST?" you tell me. why can't you? why is it so hard for you to actually stay consistent with the thing YOU want. why is it so hard for you to stay thinking in YOUR favor?

no blogger, no tiktoker, no youtuber can shift or manifest for you. NO ONE. no one is coming to save your sorry ass. they're fucking lying if they say otherwise. ONLY YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF. how hard is it to actually stay firm in your mindset. you have the cheat code, you have the methods, you have your affirmations. how hard is it for you to stand the fuck up and decide? decide that you are getting the thing you want. decide that you are NOT taking ANYTHING else.

why do you keep waking up and repeating the loop? how much time has it been? weeks? months? years? and you've combed the entire internet for the SAME. DAMN. INFORMATION. again and again.

how many times are you going to think 'this time i'll get it' only to turn back around and waver. only to repeat this entire process. how hard is it for you to persist in what you want. you have had no trouble persisting in your negative thoughts all these years. do you truly want your desires or is thinking in your favor too much for you?

We tend to over complicate the void state while most of us has reach the SATS (aka state akin to sleep). It is also a powerful manifestation tool and a meditative state. So why in the world are we able to reach it and don’t obsess over it but we can’t with the void ?

It doesn’t make sense to me because SATS and void have the same ability to manifest your desires, so why should one have more power over you than the other.

what it felt like the first time i entered the void state

i decided to post this story time mainly cause i ran out of ideas loll😭 plus why not sharing

the first time i entered the void was around 2 years ago i’d say, i had already shifted before that but i had actually never tried to enter the void. idk why. wasn’t really interested probably. i already knew how to manifest and all that kind of things so i didn’t need it. one thing about me is i’m not really spiritual when it comes to manifesting lmao i hate doing methods in order to get my desires like i just want what i want immediately (i’m really into meditation tho) so i actually wasn’t even planning on entering the void

it was night and i just came back home from a party. i was kinda drunk. actually i was pretty drunk. and i just wanted to sleep but couldn’t for some reason. so i just laid in bed, with my eyes closed hoping to fall asleep. while my eyes was closed i kinda entered this state where i felt like floating, i couldn’t feel my body anymore and everything around me was deeply dark and i just felt like everything was so far away from me. that’s the thing i recall the most : i literally felt like i was in space and every planet was so distant from me in fact i couldn’t even see em it was just so dark around me.

i didn’t even realised it at first, then i realised i couldn’t feel my body anymore. but i wasn’t worried. i was extremely calm cause everything around me felt so peaceful and i had this feeling that i knew my body was safe and i knew i was as well. so i didn’t bother to “wake up” and i just stayed there for a while, contemplating the silence and the peace. as i said i was drunk so my first thought wasn’t definitely to try to figure out what was happening and i was just ok with it😭 plus i had been into shifting for 4 years then and had been shifting for 2 so i wasn’t new to those spiritual practices.

i don’t know how much time has passed but at some point i started questioning myself like “omg where am i?” “what’s happening why is everything so far away?” “what is this silence? i feel like i can’t hear anything” and it was then that it finally clicked. i was definitely in the void.

i was excited kinda? idk i don’t remember feeling much emotions cause it wasn’t something that special for me, but it was still cool so maybe i was a bit happy.

to this day i still find easier entering the void when i’m drunk lmao🫩 not that i suggest getting drunk or using other substances to enter the void of course!! it works that way for me as someone who has been struggling with staying sober, but it could be absolutely harder or even impossible to enter the void when in an altered state for everyone else since you’re not much aware of things. so stay safe.

The false illusion of self and separation.

It's very common to see desperation in the community, the anxiety to shift, to break free from the ego, to finally perceive oneself as pure consciousness, but what if in reality you NEVER had limited perception? What if you've never had nothing to break free?

Everything is perception (the way we perceive reality), you know that dreams, imagination, etc. are realities too, that's also shifting/manifestation... even so, you act like other forms of shifting/manifestation (like many says, shift in "3d") were abnormal! Do you understand the hypocrisy in this? What is the real separation between them? There is no separation! The act of shifting/manifesting is extremely normal and present in our daily lives; you're shifting now by focusing on these words, you shift when you're listening to music and become so immersed in a scene you're imagining, where it seems like the world around you disappears, you shift your mind when you dream...do you realize how present this shifting is in everyday life? It's routine 🤷

The mind insists on creating a separation, not because there is anything wrong, but because the mind is accustomed to a pattern of "steps - beginning - process - time - effort - result", and when i see someone say that none of that exists and that none of those things exist... your mind collapses. But you know what's the funniest thing about all this? The mind doesn't exist. "But if the mind doesn't exist, then how do I feel such a thing?" Exactly, who feels anything? Who doubts? Does anyone even exist? Does ego exist? Does mind exist? Or is this all an assumption of consciousness?

Notice how the idea of separation is present and destroy it. When you affirm "I am consciousness" you already create a separation, a duality, because you create an "I" and "consciousness", who are you? You affirm "i'm not the body, i'm not the ego" You create a duality of "I am" and "ego," but there is no one, and that affirmation is, in a way, false, because you are everything, you are EVERYTHING, how can you not be something? You are everything, because you are consciousness, you are in everything, but you are not limited by anything.

the ''most solid'' void state advice i can give.

it's the perception.

Guys void state is easy. Most people do it accidentally. Just don't obsess over it and see it as something "minor" cause it is. Don't overcomplicate it for yourself. It's basically just focusing on your breathing and affirming that you're in a void, physically nowhere and everywhere at the same time, rejecting the physicality. Affirming that you're pure awareness (cause yeah that's absolute truth) Focus on your breath, while you're slightly drowsy, think of the things you desire (you might use a manifestation list it's a good "method") you'll get into the mediative state in no time. And then the void will follow it. It's the purest form of consciousness. You can always manifest anything and everything without using the void too. You don't have to be desperate. It's super easy I promise lol. (So is shifting, cause once you're in void shifting will occur with just a millisecond of your affirmation).

I beg you to quit perceiving The void state or manifesting, or shifting as "the big thing". They're not the purpose they're the tool. You don't need to be obsessed, desperate, fixated on it. The only reason that you "can't " get into the void state is cause you don't let yourself BE. you're making it harder for yourself. It's literally just perceiving it as something simple, the way it is, IS SIMPLE. it's a natural thing. Let it happen. Let it go.

I think this is the "most solid" advice I can give to y'all. The way void state, shifting, manifesting happens as naturally and effortlessly as the every night dreams happen. Try to see it that way.
