The Cardassian Relationship with Bajor
Ernla Rez. 2349
During the occupation, the majority of Bajorans were restricted from using various forms of technology, especially those capable of recording the horrors they witnessed. However, this didn't stop many of them from doing so anyways as their own form of resistance. It was only through modified holo-imagers, usually embedded in bags or clothing, that allowed those like Ernla Rez the ability to capture what she saw.
The holophoto seen here unfortunately reveals the average day for Ernla during this time. In front of an old mural cast in shadow, two Cardassian officers are seen staring at her after murdering a Bajoran citizen who painted the phrase on the wall behind them. Translated, it reads "The time of reckoning is at hand."
The Cardassian officers have yet to be identified.
