As many of my friends know I struggled with a heroin addiction from the time I was 16 till I was 21. I would be lying if I said I don't struggle anymore or don't still think about getting high. In July I received a life changing diagnosis. It's something I can let handicap me and control the rest of my life. But that's not me. I'm not a quitter. I didn't let my addiction beat me and I won't let this beat me. Life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
