anyone else confused that riptide 123 and 124 were not uploaded publicly back to back even tho they said they would do that in the ONE BILLION update post? or was it just a patreon thing (so stating the obvious)? idk man i thought their wording was misleading at best. anyone else?

really frustrated by the latest riptide eps ignoring jay. even when she Should be important it feels like they completely gloss over her

can i be honest i actually think the jrwi haters are a bigger problem than “proshippers” or whatever. cause like. at least proshippers CLEARLY tag their posts so people who dont wanna see it don’t have to see it. meanwhile i think ive seen jrwi hate be tagged like once. theres. you see the Thing here right.

i have no malice towards the people but alot of the recent rueben price content has been genuinely annoying me, it feels like theyre turning him into a babygirl who did no wrong? also shipping him wirh characters like edyn does not make any sense to me, and horribly mischaracterizes both parties involved (not even MENTIONING the off handed ideas of him and jay or lizzie, or the him and chip comtent where theyre happy and cuddly??) and its. idk puts a bad taste in my mouth. i get people can do things differently but at this point make an oc, because that is not the same guy . it doesnt feel like we watched the same riptide i guess

i physically cannot watch ANY of the long campaigns. theyre not bad or anything i just dont have the attention span, especially as a viewer who joined when they were already like 70 episodes into riptide. this is very much a me and my attention span problem but i just cant. the longest i managed to watch was apotheosis (which is my favorite). i also didnt finish the suckening because i didnt like it

I don’t know how much of a hot take this is and I’m gonna say it as nicely as I can, but I like the content without Grizzly way more than the stuff with him in it. I’ve always struggled with Riptide because the dming and world building feels very uninspired and when Grizz is a player, he’s consistently the weakest link.

I think a lot of PD’s fanbase have realllyyyyy boring predictions for Cantrip in s3 :,,) maybe it’s just because I find the typical revenge plot lines not very interesting but id be way more into the plotline if it focused less on “Cantrip is going to fucking KILL William” and more on Cantrip herself, her family, what she meant to Alan and X and only THEN William. And I’d also like it more if it wasn’t her beating him up with hammers and more that . She’s a twin sister . She KNOWS how important a sibling can be and how much you can’t run away from family legacy (her parents being heroes) even if you try. The last things she heard from William before she died were repeated “I’m sorry”’s.

I’m honestly a little pissed off that the last three riptide episodes were all released late. 2 of those times without any communication beforehand

I’ve tried like 3 times to get through 119, and I just can’t. Aurora feels off. It’s like I started reading a Chip/Reader fanfic by accident. It feels like she doesn’t belong shoehorned into the middle of this story, and her teleporting them out of there felt very deus ex machina

Absolutely nothing complaint but I feel weird about Milo becoming a permanent cast member specifically because my name is Milo and I'm transmasc and hearing a Milo referred to as she/her gives me unbelievable dysphoria. This is 100% a me issue that I need to deal with but I gotta put it out in the world man

i love you milo mumbles i loooooove you but im like . i kinda am unsure on milo joining riptide its the one campaign that feels strange for it if that makes sense. its the longest running one from what i can tell so adding in someone who may become as close to the group as they are its like . i dunno id love milo as a guest star for npcs maybe but otherwise im like . eugh <- not noise of disgust

It’s a pet peeve of mine but I actually hate the ship name for Peter and Rumi, cause they both only relate to Peter!!! If anything, it would mean exandroth and Peter!

As a Call of Cthulu enjoyer, I'm really liking how the unwitness protection program campaign is going. However. 2/2 of the jrwi call of cthulu (coc) campaigns are about bugs, and theres so much more to coc than bug and body horror. wheres my evil houses and crazy playrights at?????

havent been in this fandom for a while but the elementals just popped into my head recently and it reminded me that i wish there was more fan content solely focused on them. especially if it included magma, seismic, and whirlwind cs i feel like theyre pretty underexplored
