Just imagine the clothes you'll finally wear.

Imagine walking into a store

and everything looking beautiful on you.

Imagine how a fitted sweater

will cling to your frame.

Imagine your collarbones

catching the sunlight.

Imagine your slender wrists.

Your hands. Delicate fingers.

Your arms.

Imagine wrapping them around yourself

and feeling

less.

Imagine pulling your knees to your chest

without your body getting in the way.

Imagine being so small

people become careful around you.

Imagine standing up

and nearly falling.

Then imagine someone catching you.

Imagine them asking,

"Are you okay?"

and meaning it.

Imagine people speaking more softly.

Imagine looking

fragile enough

that no one could bear

to raise their voice.

Honestly, it brings me smiles and tears, I had no idea how much my writing would touch people.

I get comments and messages saying how much my writing makes people feel seen and understood. This little blog is now something that is so close to me. With people I talk to daily, and familiar usernames and faces. Maybe it sounds cheesy but im so happy that we all have this small community.

Because it's really not just about simply not eating for a lot of people. It's childhood trauma, its abuse, its needing control over sometime, anything,, its about feeling like no one cares about you, and so so much more.
