Jpeg Of The Week #1,360 - Fun to be part of a great week against our Detroit sports rivals, both the Pistons and the Tigers. We advanced to the conference finals (a good stopping point 🤣) and swept the Tigers, and we got to enjoy their great city and ballpark!

Jpeg Of The Week #1,356 - The Arch at St. Michael. Another historically accurate restoration project. This adaptive reuse project could be viewed as a shame. Central Catholic School, closes, due to lack of enrollment, and sits for empty for years.

Enter City of Cleveland, GBX, and Contractors, like my client, who specialize it Historically Accurate Restoration. Jamieson Ricca Fenestration, has been doing it for many years. It costs more to do it right, but it allows historic properties to tack on another 100 years to their lifespans!!

The best part? This will be opening soon, as affordable housing for seniors in the Clark / Scranton area. Projects like this are boosting neighborhoods all over Northeastern Ohio.
