Use color and sound to adjust your vibrational frequency. For we are a Mer Ka Ba, and we can draw the color ray into our energy body to balance ourselves .  Living outside of the matrix can be challenging at times.  But the more we practice shifting into the light, we are continuing to create freedom not only for ourselves, but for all who choose to transform into a 5D consciousness or higher while we are on this beautiful Earth.
