If you really want an explanation over why Queen may not be as popular today as many other characters is easily because PEOPLE MOVE ON to the new chapter antagonist. She, as well as many others, has no further relevance because she's not necessary for the chapter's plot. Back when chapter 2 released Queen was the fandom's favorite as well, but as new chapters kept being released the attention went straight to the new antagonists.
