While Barker early on focused to ensure that they have access to Erko's through the chronically-online and vain Jeremy, Miller worked with his other boys to capture some key officials needed for the success of their master plan. It all started with kidnapping Gunnery Sergeant Perry.
He's responsible for some 50 other Marines and also the maintenance and operationalization of all communications within and into the USMC Division in Downtown New Chicago Area. Miller also heard that the Gunnery Sergeant will be promoted to become Master Sergeant in the upcoming weeks after 5 years working in his current role, having him "on the team" will be beneficial for the whole operation to sustain. The GSGT is not hard to be located as Miller boys already stalked the oblivious GSGT for the past few weeks since they have the first test Dupe working.
It was a broad daylight ambush as the boys blocked his car to a corner as they lured him to this marina where he usually went with his wife. Miller forced the scientist to make the process went faster but the scientist warned him that it would result in the other machine inability to operate for the next 12 hours if they want to chug out a dupe of the Gunnery Sergeant in an hour while maintaining Henry Jones pod on too. Miller groaned before eventually agreeing to proceed and at 1:17 PM, the dupe of Gunnery Sergeant Lleyton Perry is ready to operate.
Miller wanted to wear the man. The thought of becoming what society deemed as the good guys enticed him, but he restrained himself for the bigger purpose of the mission and let Tyrell Willis entered the Gunnery Sergeant. The 22 years old is Miller's mentee, taking the homeless aand abandoned bboy when he was 16 under his wing as he saw the potential and this deep hatred to authority from the young man. Always eager to show his best work to the person who saved him from the street, Tyrell is the perfect person to have the role that feed the gang with info on what kind of movement the hard-to-predict military government will make

An hour later, the first live feed of Tyrell in action comes to Miller's personal phone, as he put on a video call from the base
"Going to work it out with his brain on how to give you all access to all files and every crucial comms. Just starting to label them for now so you guys can just get the one I labelled as important,"
As the machine finally ready to function again earlier today, Miller boys started their hunting spree once more as they brought more than 5 Marines before noon. They captured the Marines that are off-duty for the day as New Chicago indeed have so much military personnel roaming around for prevention of massive organized crime activities that could debilitate the city. The kidnapping operation to capture more halted as Jeremy/Barker informed that he need assistance in his return to the base, which led to Barker's demise after he's forced to leave Henry Jones body while Miller slipped himself inside Jeremy Kowalski.
