2. Sweepstakes Period. The sweepstakes starts on December 19, 2016 and ends on December 22, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. PST. The winner will be notified by December 23, 2016. 

3. Eligibility. This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age, excluding employees and families of Jonathan Louis.  

4. How to Enter. Instagram profile @ourvintagefarmhouse will post one “Giveaway” photo on her Instagram account on or around December 19. In order to enter, an entrant must (1) Follow @jlfurniture and @ourvintagefarmhouse on Instagram; (2) Like the “Giveaway” photo that @ourvintagefarmhouse posted; and (3) Tag a friend in the comment section of @ourvintagefarmhouse’s post. You can tag multiple friends for more entries, but each tag must be on a separate line. 

 5. Odds, Prize. Subject to verification, one (1) entrant will randomly be selected as a winner of two Jonathan Louis “Glendora” chairs with the option to choose from available fabrics provided by Jonathan Louis. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Jonathan Louis will notify the potential winner via Direct Message to provide written verification of qualifications and a mailing address for the prize. If potential winner does not reply to Jonathan Louis’ Direct Message within two (2) business days, his/her entry will be void and another potential winner will be selected. By entering, you hereby consent to be contacted by Jonathan Louis for administration of this giveaway.

6. Conditions. Jonathan Louis is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this sweepstakes. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Jonathan Louis, @ourvintagefarmhouse, any affiliate entities and Instagram from any liability in connection with this sweepstakes or, if declared a winner, the prize. This sweepstakes will be administered in accordance with these Official Rules, subject to amendment Jonathan Louis. Entrants must comply with these Official Rules, and by participating in the sweepstakes will be deemed to have received and understood these Official Rules.
