I do NOT like Scarecrow from the Nolan films. I mean, he could be worse, from a characterisation standpoint it doesn't veer off left cornfield as much as the Harley Quinn show, but it really misses a lot potential. Putting aside the amount of Cillian Murphy fans following him around (it has actually made me jokingly hate the actor) he doesn't get to be a threat of any sort, he just shows up. I always dislike any media that uses him for Fear Toxin and nothing else, so overall if I would compile a list of my favourite Jonathans it would be:

BTAS (especially the tie-in comics)

TNBAS (I like corpsecrow's design, less so his character)

The Arkham Games

Scarecrow Year One

Year One Batman/90s comic design

Fear State

Salecrow (love the Tim Sale artstyle)

Other miscellaneous good comic stories with him (fear of faith, scarebeast, knight terrors: nightwing, ect. I still need to read more of his good comics)

So Johnny-boy has quite a few good ones. The poor Hatter on the meanwhile, woof. All Jervis Tetch fans know there's very little good Jervis Tetch representation out there, and all the shock value and whatnot. Ultimately I did fall into fascination with BTAS Tetch, as did many, so I typically like to take my Jervis Tetch order with that as his base, with a few traits from other places as sides. My more favoured characterisations of Tetch are:

BTAS (plus Batman and Robin adventures #17)

Secret Six (minus the weird parts)

Arkham Games (I tolerate this one like a conservative uncle on Thanksgiving)

Honestly, most fanon interpretations. I have yet to see a fan-made Jervi that does not meet my standards
