Alright, I'm gonna have to amend the ratings of 2 songs: I gave Why You No Love Me & CMA a 6/10, but now it's an 8/10 for both. CMA is much better now wow, & the lyrics are much better than I thought. So the lowest rating on Sob Rock for me is an 8. & at 1st we thought adding 3 old songs was cheap & lazy, but in hindsight it was brilliant & plausible. NL sets the tone for the 80s album vibe, IGIJFL is relevant to 2020 & CMA is how we felt during quarantine. John is a soothsayer/seer.

Your top 5 is basically my top 5, except mine in order goes: All I Want Is to Be With You, IGIJFL, Shot In the Dark, TTROC, Wild Blue. Wild Blue & TTROC are slowly becoming his best songs ever. Wild Blue might be one of his grooviest songs ever. Have you digested it enough to rank it in his catalog? My ranking would go Continuum, B&R, Sob Rock, TSFE, Heavier Things, Battle Studies, RFS, PV. Sob Rock would be 9/10 for me, & in terms of production, it’s up there with Continuum, B&R & TSFE.

T*ylor’s fans are such shitheads. Yeah, I said shitheads. They make her look so bad, in fact it’s kinda obvious most people who hate her honestly only hate her bc of her dumb fans. They can’t stop making her look bad. It’s also so amusing how dense they are acting like they know for a fact what happened between 2 people, when no one knows jack what really happened between two people.

Shot in the Dark is the perfect 80s song. As he said on I believe Zane Lowe, he wanted to plant false memories on listeners’ heads. That song brings you back to 80s, & the video is totally 80s even with the font. I love the satire with all the 80s homage compilation. Til the Right One Comes makes you smile. It’s feels cute but intense. I like the ending cause it sounds like he’s being snarky with the person, like saying “See, told you I’d find someone.” Great piece of art.

I absolutely love Sob Rock! I enjoyed it 1st listen, but it goes by smooth & fast that you can repeat it 3x in a row & digest it. 80s feel. It sounds very cohesive w/simplistic but deep lyrics.
