Images from my 6 week Guatemala residency 2019.  A self guide residency working alongside author and ethnographer Vincent Stanzione. I increased my proficiency in Spanish, studied the mayan calendar system and produced video, audio and photographic media.

New Album “leaves and pads” by my project Saltbreaker. Recorded in the fall of 2016 in Grand Rapids, MI with a handful of artists including Jeffrey Niemeier, Fiona Dickinson,  Theo Ndwalie II, and Eric Tempelere. Woodwinds recorded in LA with Moonchild’s Amber Navran. I mixed the record in LA over the summer of 2017 where the cover photograph was taken at Echo Park lake right outside of my apartment.  Mastered by Tokyo ambient music veteren Chihei Hatakeyama. 

The 2017 video series “Old Growth” from Portland’s Pickathon Music Festival is now live. Huge thanks to the sweet crew; DJ Viernes, Craig Harmer on cameras, Tom Jacobs on audio and Brian Burke as our assistant as well as everyone else who had a hand in creating these videos!

The music video for “Never One Thing” was a passionate and powerful portrait of beautiful women and simple form.
