I did a interview last night and was asked some really really good questions. One of which was what is the future of SEO?

My honest answer is there is no future in SEO. From my experiences I am seeing Google SERPS results strongly influenced by Google Toolbar data, Google User history, and Google Analytics data. Googles combination of SEO and social voting via toolbar/history/analytics will continue to sway more in the realm of social voting. I feel this technology will only get better. I don’t think anyone can argue that core SEO has gotten less valuable over the years and I see that trend continuing. After all if you read the spam as defined by Matt Cutts (Google Lead Spam Engineer) he says:

“Web spam is when somebody tries to cheat or take shortcuts so that their Web site shows up higher [in search results rankings] than it deserves to show up,” – Matt Cutts

Last night's attack on the Intercontinental Hotel in Kabul was in fact USA Special forces disguised as Taleban. Ten men went in and killed the Provincial leaders inside, then they were Helicopter airlifted from the roof. As usual there was no suicide bomb .... suicide bombs are pure fiction, encompassing the convenient excuse for a lack of a body [there is never any evidence]. Such attacks will increase, just as the UK/USA bomb attacks on Civilians increased in Iraq to ferment support for the continued occupation. Permanent NATO bases are planned in Afghanistan to achieve two ends i) Oil pipeline from the ex soviet republics to Indian ocean facilitating the safe assault on Iran (also explaining the continued attempts to drive Pakistan into a failed state) ii) Anti-missile shield defense ring needs Afghan location. China and Russia not least the unbelievably brave and impossible to beat resistance of the Afghan people themselves will prevent all this. Billions of Dolars will still be made by Wall Street and the Banksters. The Bills in monetary and lives will be settled by YOU.
