I know everyone has been theorising about it for a couple of weeks now, but it has been confirmed! The Summer Hikaru Died is getting an anime adaptation :D

Idk about you guys but i am really excited to see what they do with the soundtrack. They better have an Evangelion amount of cicadas constantly :P And i just know the music for this series is gonna be banging.

I hope they get the same or similar voice actors from the audio drama to do the anime as their expression was AMAZING!

I’m also a little nervous as well though because the ART of tshd is so essential to it’s story and adapting a story line like tshd might not come across well in an episodic anime format, it will be a feat of writing to be able to adapt not just the characters but the plot as well!

But i am so excited to see these guys on the big screen :)
