Yesterday, I had a lot of self-reflection, realising I was a bitter, resentful and jaded individual who pushed away those who are trying to help me. I would yell at them, telling them to fuck off and go away. Worst than that, I also had major anger issues and would overreact if someone was trying to purposefully annoy and rile me up. I was more of a bully to them than they were a bully to me. I may be extremely hard on myself but I need to change. I can't go on being such an angry and bitter person. I want people to continue seeing the good side of me because, if I continue showing my bad side, no-one would ever like to talk to me or even come near me ever again. I know that I'm a good person who is very empathetic and always willing to make new friends, I just have major issues I need to work on. I'm making changes and I want them to be consistent.
