I can always find a lot to get excited about in life. I pretty much feel excited almost all of the time. You'd think that I'd feel burned out by now, but I am only getting started. I have a lot of energy and I am willing to put it towards ideas that I believe in.

Although bondage has totally captivated my attention for the past seven or eight years, it has only been in the past one or two that I have truly seen what a powerful tool for change bondage can be. The practice of bondage incorporates many opposites and is full of symbolism. Engaging in bondage play, with a solid, positive intention of discovery has proven to be incredibly effective at opening people up to new possibilities for themselves.

Bondage is amazing. I have been hopelessly obsessed with bondage since first engaging with it. I began seeing elements of power, bondage, contrasts, and humor throughout my life, always making the association between bondage and real life. Viewing the psychology of the world through the eyes of bondage, made perfect sense. Bondage is basically a microcosm of real life. In one bondage session, a person has lived life in hyper drive, having accumulated the psychological experience of several years. This makes it a potentially powerful tool for change and healing - especially when guided by caring energy.

I want to change the way people perceive bondage in porn. I want to demonstrate how sexy agents for change can be. My desire is to show both BDSM-curious and practitioners how sexy it is to trust, be a witness, be vulnerable, and be excited by the idea of exploration in one's life. Bondage has the unique ability to offer these experiences.

Feeling vulnerable is not a desired state for most people, at most times. In fact, we spend a lot of energy on protecting ourselves from feeling vulnerable - sarcasm, withdrawal, ego, defense mechanisms, etc. Yet, it is precisely during vulnerable times when we often are lead to learning, growth, exploration and change.

Bondage provides the opportunity to create favorable conditions that helps to allow a person to surrender, to trust, and to make themselves vulnerable to another human being. In using the body's vulnerable position (often, a little goes a long way), it encourages for the mind to follow suit. This leads to a vulnerability, or openness, of the mind. The person is in a highly receptive state. Subtly and powerfully, a person in that meditative state begins to allow all the repressed thoughts, emotions, ideas and beliefs float up to the surface. Sometimes its perceptible, sometimes it is not. But always, it is transformative.

This is what I want to show the internet through the work of my bondage therapy and video work. I want people to realize that another person's transformation is incredibly erotic. And we can all bear witness to it! How awesome is that? It's not just about mindlessly tying up a person and hitting them with something. IT IS SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT!
