1. What did you see/hear/learn that was completely new to you?
A: I attended the Dance Exchange: A Body, Home, which educated me on assault. I never understood the true extent of the severity of sexual assault, and just how long it takes for someone to fully recover, if they recover at all. I was also able to attended the zine workshop, which allowed me to put all my thoughts and emotions into a creative booklet.
2. What was your favorite performance/experience? Why was it your favorite?
A: my favorite experience was the silent disc-glo, because of the sheer creativity. I loved being able to switch between channels to listen to difference music at a click. If you took off your headphones, youād hear everyone singing, but without music.
3. What instances did you notice where artists were collaborating or working beyond the boundaries of a particular arts discipline? How did you think collaboration and interdisciplinary are helping to push the boundaries of what we understand art to be?
A: I enjoyed looking at Emma Weisbaumās blacklight installation art. I think this pushed the boundaries of traditionala art, because itās so unexpected, and sheās able to put such a modern issue into such a creative work of art.
