We’re addicted to our beliefs; we’re addicted to the emotions of our past. We see our beliefs as truths, and not as ideas that we can change.

The love you have in your life can only be as valuable as you perceive it to be, and the key of perception is belief. There are no neutral encounters. We always see others in the light of our beliefs; we always feel seen in the light of their beliefs. I’ve known people who walk into a room full of strangers and believe that a wave of hostility greets them. Other people walk into a room and immediately feel welcome. The difference is entirely one of perception, since this judgment comes before any external evidence. I would say that the first people believe they are not wanted in this world while the other group believe they are. Any belief that attacks our ability to value ourselves is a distortion. In essence the Self is of highest value; it deserves love without exception. People who cannot live their love stories harbor distorted beliefs that disguise the reality of their infinite worth.

Whatever we genuinely feel, the world and everything in it will transform in order to match that belief.

Pure love has no conditions or boundaries. Love does not restrain itself or hold back. Love gives all the time and doesn’t ask for anything in return. Love is a continuous flow without any limits. And all of this is inside you.

You have a choice about which energetic frequencies you want to live in.

There are no authorities, there are only people.

The ultimate tyranny in a society is not control by martial law. It is control by the psychological manipulation of consciousness, through which reality is defined, so that those who exist within it do not even realize that they are in prison. They do not even realize that there is something outside of where they exist.

Try not to confuse attachment with love. Attachment is about fear and dependency, and has more to do with love of self than love of another. Love without attachment is the purest love because it isn’t about what others can give you because you’re empty. It is about what you can give others because you’re already full.

We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.
