Pride-themed cartoon sticker designs I'm posting this month since it seemed like the best time.
I also wanted to design stuff specifically for rainbow holographic printing.
Another design that started as a dumb idea I scribbled down in the ideas notebook.

CATJEEP
A distant relative of the Japanese catbus, the Filipino catjeep is generally smaller in size. Despite this, they can hold just as many passengers (even if the passengers themselves disagree).
Rambunctious and energetic, it is unknown if the vibrations one feels while inside it are from the bumpy ride or the reverberations from their purrs as they zip through traffic, hopping over honking trucks and skittering on top of speeding trains. When riding a catjeep, anticipate unplanned stops in beams of sunlight and sudden detours to chase roaming street food vendors.
Along with their friendliness and cooperation with humans (who they graciously allow to drive them), they also have great memory, remembering the stops and fares of each passenger, alerting the driver whenever they forget.
However, catjeep numbers have been decreasing in cities lately with the arrival of new transport vehicles, resulting in many needing to find other ways to continue living. Fortunately, many people have taken to running programs to aid the catjeep communities, through feeding, taking care, and housing them, as well as teaching citizens how to interact with them for a more harmonious relationship.
So if you ever need a ride and find a catjeep to take you, make sure to offer it a treat if you can spare one.
Finally working on the first entry in my art idea notebook after at least a year. Drawn in the style of the end credits of Earwig and the Witch. The long caption was because I missed writing and it wouldn't be Ghibli without a sobering environmental/economic message to dampen the mood.

Old character designs for the next comic. I might update them but who knows. No names cause there's no dialogue.
I'm just happy that I actually made the 3D character (in 1 day?!). Gonna have to tweak the colors, shading, and little details, but all in all, pretty good.

I'm officially entering the stage of doing something in Blender where I don't know what's even happening on my screen and just praying this works out well.
Okay... I THINK the model's finished (mostly. Gonna add more details when putting them in the comic for sure). Each part shaded and outlined to look 2D.
A character is not a fully-formed character in my eyes until I can make them spin.
Here's the first 3d character turnaround I've ever done. I gotta say, way quicker than 2d. Can't wait to do more with 3d stuff in the future. (Far future, since this took way too much time overall).

Walk cycle of @tofiicofii 's elephant shrew sona Pie (Happy birthday!!! 🥳). Used them to practice walk cycles. I HAD to animate them because of all the elements for bouncy secondary motion (the bow, collar, balloon, etc). Glad I could finish it in time

After reading every Jucika comic in a week, I realized how similar the art style was to Spy vs Spy so I made a little crossover comic. I also loved Jucika, so fun to draw. Gonna try and make more like this

Favorite Animated Short Films No. 5: Faceless Neil.
I'm a sucker for creepy visuals mixed with heartwarming characters so I loved Faceless Neil. This is the first one here to actually have multiple short films instead of just one (I watched The Face Shop when I was younger and watched the other ones before making this). A quick rough animation of the lovable and memorable Neil and Manny, great in 2D AND stop motion. Placed in the Creepy Quadrant of the screen.
Also, CRAZY COINCIDENCE: the creator just announced a Faceless Neil graphic novel, so that's insane timing.
John R. Dilworth (creator of Courage the Cowardly Dog) just promoted a crypto coin with AI. Maybe he got hacked, maybe he doesn't know what he's doing, he's a weird old man. So here's a bunch of examples of how the Computer from the show would react to being given AI prompts (ie. how I think ALL computers should respond when we ask them to do stuff). Bonus points if you could hear his sassy voice in your head while reading.
Disappointment aside, making this was fun. The computer has a slightly different design every episode, meaning they didn't just reuse the same shots every time. I also loved writing the dialogue, I could spend days coming up with unhelpful things he could say.
