💌 Smoking and Vaping 💌
☺️ So I’m sure everyone occasionally sees in ed tumblr posts, profiles and etc that smoking cigarettes/ vaping is a easy way to suppress your appetite and distract yourself from eating. Well I certainly have. I saw these kinds of posts and decided to try this miracle method out myself! I smoked for around 1 year, average 6 cigarettes a day. Here’s what happened.
⭐️ Results ⭐️
1. My face has aged a lot. 👵🏻 I have wrinkles under my eyes and on my forehead that no cream will fix. My skin is also permanently slightly discoloured! :D
2. I have permanent shortness of breath! When I play basketball with my friends at uni, ride my bike or just walk up a hill, I can’t. Fucking. Breathe. How romantic. It feels like each breath I take doesn’t get enough oxygen in it. My heart rate goes up to 200 just walking up a hill. How femme fatale, Lana del ray, dainty is that 😩💕
3. I’m at a higher risk for chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Diseases! 😏 I love dying early!
4. I have blood circulation problems. I can’t wait to get varicose veins at 30! 😵
5. I LOST NO WEIGHT 😃😃😃 turns out that smoking makes it really really hard to exercise. Exercise is a natural appetite suppressant. It completely fucked me over because I loved exercising. I just sat around smoking because exercising made me feel sad knowing how much harder it now was.

So to all you ed tumblr uses promoting smoking to these young people on here. Fuck you. You are encouraging children, whether you like it or not, to try smoking. People who live in bodies that make them feel worthless will do WHATEVER is possible to lose weight. I know I did. And you promoting smoking is so malicious as it’s extremely addictive and the damage to be done is permanent. You can not eat your way out of the shortness of breath and loss of air sacs in your lungs.
🎀 So. If you are considering trying smoking. Just don’t.
🎀 If you have any promotion of smoking on your blog, that’s ok, because now you obviously understand why you shouldn’t have that, and your going to go delete it right now.
🎀 If you are a smoker for weight loss, quit as soon as you can. You want to be thin. That’s ok. But do you really want to lose your lungs? What’s the point of being confident in your body, when you can barely go out and use it?
