Bottom: Done with dinner, relaxing in front of the couch sipping some juice/water because I had a ton of rice.

His name is Matt. Used to be a fat kid at school and got seriously into fitness in his late teens. Wasn’t easy but he dropped his puppy fat and got super stacked. Now he’s in his late twenties he can’t resist the pull of take away food and his high powered desk job prevents him from hitting the gym daily like he used to. A few weeks ago someone at the gym mistook him for a new guy and he took a look in the mirror and thought ‘fuck it’. He hasn’t stopped eating since!

That’s Louis. He’s been working on his friends dads farm over the summer for 12 years. Most of his friends did it just when they were at college and then got successful jobs. But lewis lives for the summer. Every year he turns up and spends the whole day doing manual labour and spends the evening back at the farm house pigging out on as much food as his gut can take. By the end of the summer his muscles have doubled but the past few years so has his gut. This last year has been the biggest he’s been.

This is Nick. He purposely took a job in a bakery as an assistant so he could eat the bread. His arms are getting bigger because he has to haul the huge sacks of flour round every day but his gut looks like that because every morning he gets there and hour early and eats whatever was left from the previous day. No one knows he does it but everyone is seeing him balloon. When he started he was basically a six packed twink. 8 months in and he looks pregnant with twins. It’s been his lifelong dream to get this big but he’s never been able to afford the food. Working here has enabled him to become what he always wanted to be. Fat.
