these guys came over to fix our roof because it was leaking and i was the only one in the house and i was too scared to go outside and ask them if they were also going to fix the roof above my room so i just sat inside and watched them without knowing. my boyfriend finally came home and i found the courage to go outside but when they saw me and said hi all i could do was wave and do a little smile at them... like it was so hard for me to just say hi back??

and, this has always been a thing because i get super shy when talking to people i don’t know, but when i was talking to them my voice went an octave or two higher so i literally sounded like a child
