It seemed his act of rebellion didn’t sit well with the men calling the shots. The savoring taste of freedom had long soured the moment he had been dragged from the woods. Despite his great efforts, there were far too many prowlers looking for two escapees. He hoped Klaus made it out when they spilt across the densely packed trees.

Eyelashes have not rest , mentally trying to count the remaining hours until a protocol is put in place whilst remaining her features to betray her truth feelings for Helena’s sake. But, having her sister taken away from her grasp only increase her anxiety, feet tapping quickly along the room: impatient and frightened. The lack of informations or demanding was worrying, what was the end of it? he hadn’t let go of layla since they’d stepped into the room. it was like he could breath again. the blinding panic settling into angry determination. he glanced up, briefly pausing to press a kiss to layla’s hair. the duke looked like he’d taken a beating. not that they could do much about it. “someone should take a look at that. you don’t want to risk a punctured lung.”

“ jumping ship was IDIOTIC. ” hindsight was always twenty-twenty, but she couldn’t help but grumble the complaint anyway. her clothes had an uncomfortable stiffness from the salt and her hair was impossibly matted to her head. fake niceties were already difficult to produce normally.

“I’m on a holiday 24/7, it’s a real privilege to serve royals. Did you know God chose them?” That had to be one of the most insane things the royals had ever come up with. Divine right to rule! “How could I ever consider doing God’s bidding work?” He really needed to check his contract to see what kind of compensation he was getting for having to travel so much and work on New Year’s Eve of all days. “Did Mr Zakuani fail to provide entertainment or why are you talking to me?” ( ** @jinxiuying​ )

The exuberant nature of the other woman’s approach caught her off guard, and Manon only just stopped herself from flinching at the unexpected touch. Manon was well versed enough in various stimulants to recognize the signs. But that girl was gone, haunting the house in Paris, and in her wake remained some untamed creature stalking the bars of her gilded cage. And so the blonde offered a slow smile, dipped in poison. “Finacée, actually” she leaned back against him, full of mock affection and a cruel little laugh. “Although, our darling Alexander is on very thin ice at the moment, can you believe he hasn’t found me a ring yet?” She shook her head in playful solemnity. “And, he’s forgotten my phone number.             SHE WAS PERFORMATIVE, he’d give the princess that much but whatever action he’d decided next, to show her his instagram or send a very different photo to her alleged number, had been interrupted. that voice alexander would have recognized anywhere, namely by way of rejection for any advances. “ yeah? ” his eyes hadn’t left the chinese princess from the moment she’d called to his attention. “ you’re a good different too. did you do something different with your — ” and then his expression fell. the cheeky grin slowly dropped. alexander’s single opportunity to maybe get a ‘ yes ’ out of meixu and it had resolved to be nothing but assumptions and conformations? he chocked on his own saliva with the added details from manon. the welsh princess was right, she was no angel. still stood behind manon, alexander did his best to signal some universal gesture to meixu that she didn’t know what she was saying. “ she’s president of my fan club. ” he corrected with a hand placed on the welsh prrincess’ shoulder momentarily. “ fans of international … f - i association national club … is that a new dress, meixu? it’s stunning on you. ” ( @jinmeixu​ )

“ whatever your relationship may be!  happy new year! ”  it’s hard to believe anyone would agree to marry someone without a ring!  and judging from the way alexander fumbles over his words,  it must have been a practical joke.  how silly!  it was almost believable!  “ yes,  it is!  and thank you!  very sweet of you!  the fireworks were stunning too,  weren’t they? ”  she gushes with clasped hands.  she smacks her lips together,  clearly the glass of sparkling water lixue gave her was not enough.  she’s so thirsty!  “ has anyone seen the host of the party?  he promised me a drink and i’ve lost him! ”  ( @hrhmancns​ or @alexcnder​ )

“oh!” ariel was just walking away from the register before she heard the exclamation, causing her to swiftly whirl around. “i have some— here… how much is that?” 

as seen in task051, xiuying’s day is ritualistic. her meals are no exception.

Xiuying’s favorite holiday is the Lunar New Year. A sixteen day holiday, eight of which no one works on. 

“ you can place it over there. ”  she points to the counter behind her.  it’s relief she’s keeping herself busy by cooking.  if she were just sitting there awkwardly,  it would be weird for her to not ask xiuying to sit even though it’s hurtful she had to use mail as an excuse to talk to her.

she was half right. either had something or done nothing, surely. he sipped his glass, “or they simply needed a place to put those who would cause too much trouble at the other tables. minimize the damage, that is how one seats a wedding.”(+ table 7)

“now i think you’re being a tad dramatic, leo.” he said with a laugh, looking round the table. “i think the grandest offense i may have made is being english and having more engagements than times made down the aisle.”

“God, you’re ruthless.” A family trait, he supposed. “Extremely severe distress. The sort that takes a couple of decades to heal. I can’t walk past a patio without thinking about my chair. Pretty rough…”
