The Philosopher’s Stone Trees made me play around a bit with color and texture to try and get closer to that cozy-whimsical aesthetic I’m looking for.  I just want to make a magical shop that reminds people of a Ghibli movie or the glittering interior of a jewelry box, filled with mystical shinies and dried flowers.  I want characters to come in and feel like everything has a touch of magic to it, both wild and sophisticated.  I’m lucky I have a great friend who gives me wonderful inspo, too.  I don’t think I could keep coming up with ideas to try if it was just for me. Alchemical Phoenix (another slight redesign) Balmung, Goblet Ward 9, Plot 36.

I re-modeled my private home, located on Famfrit (Goblet ward 14 plot 60). The basement has a private reading library and bedroom and bathroom. I wanted to emphasize a lot of clean, white space with dark brown accents, and keep things looking very classic and contemporary. I also was happy with the extra pillows for my bed! And my attempts at mirrors were all over the place.
