Those “smart whiteboards” every classroom had to have were probably the biggest waste of money in the history of education.

i have never heard of this what is a “smart whiteboard” ???

smart whiteboards (or just smartboards) are interactive whiteboards that should have allowed teachers to better manipulate the materials, but no teacher ever has understood what to do with them. the teachers had to attend a meeting to learn how to use them and somehow all the students know so much more about their interface. basically, teachers just use them as really expensive projectors while students groan in the background
